Tickets Vs Nb of Registrants

Hello,

I used the "tickets type" function to propose different prices for one event (for example member and non-member prices)

So for me a One Ticket = One registrant for the event, and a registrant may buy multiple tickets. (And group function does not fit my need)

How can I link the number Max of Registrants with the total number of ticket sold, please?

Because I may sell now more ticket that the max number of seats available.

Just go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set Calculate Number Registrants Based on Tickets Quantity config option to Yes

Then the system will handle that automatically

Thanks for your answer.
1- I activated the option but in the Back Office, the number of registrant stay wrong, with not showing the number of tickets, but nb of registrants.
2- When using the tickets type option, is it possible to set the number of Max Total of ticket to sell, please?
I have 2 types of tickets with different prices which decrease the same total of items.

Hello

1. It will only affect new registration. For existing registration, it remains unchanged (because the number of registrants is calculated and updated during registration process only)

2. Set set that total number using Event Capacity

For 1. Buy openning one by one the registrant entries and press "save". It recalculates correctly the total numbers.
