Some emails not working was created by Xavi
Hi friends,
In my site, I am receiving emails from the persons that are registering in the waiting list, but not the ones from the persons that are registering in the open events. It is so strange! Probably I'm not looking at the right place... any ideas?

Hi Xavier

That's not right to me. For the person registers for your open events, what payment method they are using? If it's online payment method, they will have to make payment and status of the registration record must be paid to have the email sent

Hi Tuan,
the payment method they use is Paypal. The payment is completed, they are registered and show in the registrants list, but we do not get the email. We only get the Paypal confirmation email. For the ones registering in the waiting list we receive the email. Not right for me either!

Hi Tuan,
I found it!
My hosting had reached the maximum number of files (strange!) so it didn't allow Events Booking to create new files, and as it couldn't create the QR code image and the invoice, thus it didn't send the email with the ticket.
Instead, as the waiting list does not require to create any file, the email was being sent correctly.
Hope it helps someone if going through the same!
