Hi,

I have an issue to update from 3.8.1 to 3.8.3 because it is neither shown in the backend nor in the update area of joomla!?

Hello,

you may download the current version 3.8.3 from the "My Downloads" page from Joomdonation, and install it manually, without any problem.

Actually, if you configure Download ID properly, update should work well. See instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update . configure Download ID, then try again

If it doesn't work, maybe you should submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it for you. It would help future upgrades easier
