Which modules and plugins to activate?

There are really a lot of plugins and modules. After installation I disabled the most of them, as is good software engineering. But now I notice I have to enable a location module (that isn't rendered anywhere) to be able to enter the city and country of a location.

This is a rather uncommon side effect, so are there more of these hidden features, or should I just enable everything and all will be fine?

In short, you should only enable the modules and plugin which you want to uses.

1. No modules are required

2. The only plugin needs to be enabled is Events Booking - System (DO NOT UNPUBLISH)

Of course you can enable all plugins, the system will still work well. But enabling all plugins will make the add event form loads slower (you will see that there are many not needed tabs needed)

So again, enable only modules and plugins you really need to use. Ask us for further assist if needed

If you want to display the City, the module "events by city" must be enabled. If you want to display the state of the module "events by state" must be enabled. It seems you use the helper function of the module in the location edit form. Not a big deal.

Ah, Yes, that's correct. In the past, we allows entering City and State for each location

Later, we decided to enter full address of location in to Address field, so City and State is not needed anymore. The condition is there for backward compatible and in case you need to display list of cities, states in module and allow users click on to see all events from that city, state...
