Upcoming Events - Parent always show up

Hi,

I just notice I have an issue with parent event

Exemple : calendrier.valorsolutions.ca/en/valor-so...social-interventions

You will notice past event always show up.

Weird because on the configuration, I select : hide past event. You can notice it on the portal page on the calendar, past event are not there.

Anyways, on upcoming event, past event should be hidden.

Looks like some are working, some not...

Is it a glitch or something else?

I've try to figure out but no luck.

Any idea?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show children events date under parent events config option to No, then check it again, it should solve the issue

From the screenshot, you are having the mentioned config option set to Yes. You need to set it to No to have it works as expected

I was talking about the "Show events until event end date" and not "Show children events date under parent events"

There is no child. Only an empty parent.

Is it normal?

As you can see, there is no child there.

For this, better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that I can check the setup to see what's wrong and get it sorted
