Last name fields have disappeared from emails.

Hello,

I recently noticed that the registration confirmation emails that the system sends automatically no longer support the "Last Name" field.

When the message arrives it shows the user's first name but the last name simply appears as the title of the field.

Upon checking the backend emails and messages section:

The registration emails available fields no longer list the "last name" field as available.

The reminder emails, have both first and last name fields available.

The submission emails have neither first or last name available.

The cancelation email only has first name field available.

The waiting list email has both first and last name fields available.

The payment reminder emails have neither first or last name fields available.

This is so strange, the pre-filled email text has the first and last name fields all ready inserted but they are no longer supported.

Any ideas why this is please? It makes the emails sent by the system look unprofessional.

Events Booking Version 3.83 installed.

Please edit last_name custom field, make sure you set Hide on email parameter to No and it should be included in the email

If it still does not work, there must be something special on the site causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to the page which we can register for the event and see this error

We will check to see why it happens and get it sorted for you
