Can't See Recurring Settings was created by Philippa Green
I have activated Recurring settings under the Configuration Setting - however I can't see the Recurring settings on the New Event page?

I clicked on the Debug on the Configuration page and now the Recurring Settings have appeared on the Events Page.

It should not depends on Debug Mode. Actually, Debug Mode should be set to No instead of to Yes
So please set it to No, then try again. If you still don't see recurring sections, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Hi,
Same here. But it is only an issue on old/already generated events from before the setting was applied, as I see it. If click new event no problem the setting is there.
I made a few events for test before I got on with setting the configuration where I then turned on the recurring setting. Only those test events do not have the setting available.
EDIT::::::::::::
If a new event is not saved first time with a setting selected in the Recurring settings, that event wil not have the setting available on next edit.
Regards
Marco

Hi Marco
1. You cannot edit an existing event to make it become recurring event. You need to create a new event to see recurring settings
2. If an event is a recurring event, when you edit it, you should see the recurring settings (and change it if needed). If not, I guess there is something wrong on your site. In this case, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and tell us ID of the event which is having this error. We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected
