Problem with new event

Hi!
I have small probem. In general settings I have choose optiom that all events which I add is "Public Acess". But when I click to add new event default I have "special acces". How to change this for default "Public acces"?

That small issue was fixed sometime ago. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site

After that, check it again. The issue should be sorted
