Event Registration

Hi Good day!

I just want to asked why the event booking is still saving an empty information even if the form validation is working. Is there any settings that I missed on the configuration?

Could you please explain more details about this question? Exactly what is not validated and still be saved?

We are noticing a bunch of blank registrations in the back end and don't know why there seems to be a lot of these (not actual registrations) and can't figure out why this is happening. When you register you have to put your name etc but all these blank ones in the back end have nothing. If you have an email I can send you a screen shot if you like.

1. Maybe spam registrations somehow? Did you configure your site to use recaptcha ?

2. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check data directly from there?
