Checkin registrants using CodeREADr was created by Maxime Van Lerberghe
When you design the ticket, remember to use [TICKET_QRCODE] tag. Events Booking will then generate QRCODE for the ticket with the unique ticket code above
Go to Events Booking, Registrants, select the event you want, then export registrants into CSV/Excel file. Before exporting, please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Billing Records in Registrants Management to No so that only group members will be exported
Only the person that pays tickets for the group receives a ticket with the number of persons on it and a QR code.
When I'm extracting the registrants I can see that each person has a different ticket code / QR code (which is good) but what happens at the entrance when the person who bought for the whole group tickets?
How can I be sure they will all enter with their different QR - code? The individual tickets (of the group registration) are and cannot be send to individuals.
Please help me asap.

Hello Maxime
If you configure the system properly, I believe the system will generate different tickets, each ticket for a group members with unique QRCODE
So if the billing person bring the tickets to event, I imagine he will bring different tickets, each ticket for a member as I said. If he uses something different, then the code is invalid and he cannot check in
BTW, I would suggest to use this method eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advance...using-eb-checkin-app for checking in registrants
Simple to setup, no need to export data and import....to a third party website. The only limitation is that as of right now, the app is only available for Android device
