Bug in Discounts?

Hi have a little thing which I think is a bug in the discounts. As far as I see it´s the problem of "." and "," in the pricing.
Let me explain:

I have an event with a price of 490 Euro. Because it´s in germany the price is shown as "490,00 Euro".
Now there are two usergroups that get a full discount. So I checked the two usergroups and typed "490,490" in the field below. The discount-type is set to "Euro" and not "%".

When a user of this usergroups signs in, he is shown the price "-0,49 Euro". And I think this is because of the dot!
The price is shown as "490,00" and the discount is written as "490,490" for bouth usergrups. I think the script interpretates the discound as a discount of "490,49 Euro" and shows the negative price because of that.

It´s not urgent, but it would be nice to get this solved someday.

For your need, the discount amount should be 490.00 only (since the discount amount for the two groups are the same)

For your special setup, I will check to see why it works like that and get it sorted if needed. But it is not an urgent, so I will leave it to a bit later
