easy migration possible from 1.5 to 3.8 ?

Currently I am building a new site to replace an older one.
in the older one I used eventbooking 1.3.2, in the new site I use the latest version.
How can I move the data from the older to the new one ?
is there an export / Import feature ? or other way.. ?
