403 error when trying to update was created by Venessa West
I get the following error when trying to update Event Booking:

Error connecting to the server: 403
Error
Failed to download package.
My download ID is entered and correct.

I updated the download ID with a new one and it worked.

OK, great. Just for your information, the error usually happens if the Download ID is using on a different website (for example, on your dev site). Each site needs it's own Download ID, so in this case, generate and use new Download ID will solve the problem
