While trying to add an image to an event in the backend, it can take up to 30-40 seconds for the modal window to open. I've looked for javascript errors but find none. My media folder is enormous but the com_eventbooking folder is not -- in fact, just going to media in the backend is also extremely slow. Obviously we can't put up over 100 events with this long delay in the image window opening -- one solution would be to allow us to just enter the image url in the events admin page, but it is specifically set to "readonly." please tell me how to change the field to not be readonly so that we can just paste in the url, which we have available for each image, or else how to use a different way to upload images the media manager of joomla.
