recurring event

I have created a recurring event in Event Booking 2.0.4.

The parent event is fine and registrations work, however, the child events don't link to the system. Am I missing something simple?

You are using a very outdated version of the extension, so better, update your site to latest version and check it again, it should work fine

If you cannot afford to update, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to a sample child event which registration is not available

3.Tell us the email you used to purchase the product or PayPal Transaction ID of your purchase so that we can verify your order (I don't see order under your account at the moment)

We will then check and tell you the reasons of the error so that you can correct it

I'm having trouble downloading. Can you step me through the process. I've attempted to download it via the extension manager: Install, but I get an error message saying cannot find XML set up file

As replied via email, it seems you forgot to unzip the package before installing and it causes the issue

Please follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...llation#installation and try to install it

If you still cannot get it installed/updated, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can install it for you
