Recurring problem: Possible Conflict with sh404SEF

I have reset the default url association.
I am trying to get an explanation of what can possibly be triggering the disassociation in sh404. Here are a list of non-sef the urls that have at some point been seen as a "duplicate" for the /youth sef url. I've tabbed out the elements in the url to make them easier to read.
Is there any reason that, in a list of duplicate urls, the default would be changed anywhere other than the back end and toggling it through Components --> sh404SEF --> SEF URLS and changing the default url in a list of duplicates? Perhaps if someone tries to create a sef url with the same name and it overwrites the default? I need to understand. It seems that there is something happening with the event booking component, however why it would default to the "submit an event" page escapes me. I originally that it was because someone was trying to create a new even or article called "youth" and that took over. But, none of the menu items that are on this list have anything associated with content for youth. I'll be opening a ticket with the developers to hopefully get a final answer on why this is happening. I'm sorry that this is ongoing. Please stand by.

Usually, when you have issue with sh404 with my extension, better configure sh404 to use Joomla core sef router for my extensions, then delete all urls generated by sh404 for the extension
By doing that, URLs will be generated by Events Booking, and we can control it easier
