Custom Fields Not In Order

Ever since I started using Events Booking, when I re-order the custom fields on the list in the back end, they show up in that order on the form on the front end. Surprisingly now they are not. I have an event that asks for t-shirt sizes. One field asks if you want Adult or Child sizes. When they make their choice the Adult or Child sizes show up below the first field depending on what they chose. That is how the list is set up, however on the front-end form the field for Adult or Child shows up below the Zip Code when it should be below the Gender, and the size choices, which should pop up below the first choice, actually show up way near the top of the form.
