Showing details of all group members

How do I enable visibility of all group members in the confirmation screen and email?

Currently, only member 1's details are visible - any others are blank

That's strange to me. Unless there are something special on your site, all group members details should be included in the email

You can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. Link to group registration page

We will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected

I'm not going to give out the superuser password.

There has to be a better way of offering support than that.

At the moment, this extension is pretty useless to me. Can I have a refund so I can install one that works, or at least has better support?

There must be something wrong with the setup causing the issue. You can try to go to joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/ , make a group registration yourself to see that it works

In this case, could you please at least sent me the link to registration page so that I can try it myself? I would like to see what's wrong with the email and guide you to check it further
