Event with waiting list an no date

Hi

Is it possible to create an event linked to a specific location but with no date so that individuals can add themselves to a waiting list so that once we have enough people on the waiting list we can then schedule the event in that specific location?

Maybe set the date of that event to this special date 2099-12-31 00:00:00 ? By doing that, when the system display event, the text To be determined will be shown for event date (you can change that text to meet your need if needed)
