RokCandy macro expansion in Event Description

I use the RokCandy macro for making dropcaps. Since I upgraded to Events Booking 3.7.1 (from version 2.?), the RokCandy macros don't seem to get expanded. For example, if I write in the JCE edit box for the event description,

[dropcap]This event is for all people.[/dropcap]

it should be expanded into the following HTML:

<p class="dropcap">This event is for all people.</p>

Unfortunately, the expansion doesn't happen and the [dropcap] and [/dropcap] tags appear in the displayed text. As best I can tell, this happens only in the Events Booking text editing fields. When I use the RokCandy macros in the JCE editor in a regular Joomla article, the dropcap expansion occurs producing an initial dropcap letter to start the paragraph. Can you please look into this? It used to work properly in version 2. Thanks.

Events Booking support content plugin, so if it works for Joomla article, it should work for description of Events Booking

Maybe there is something special causing that issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that our support team can check
