Group bookings - get details for individual members

Hi there,

For the event booking system I can’t find a way to collect info on every participant of a group booking.

Is this possible?

Hi Dave

That should be default behavior. You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Collect Members Information config option to Yes and the system should collect members information for group booking

If you cannot get it configured, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to group registration page so that we can configure it for you
