Stripe plugin - problem/error?

We purchased the Stripe payment plugin and installed it
We entered the 2 api keys for Public key and secret key and enabled the plugin

But when registering for an event we get an error message saying something like:

Registration error
There is an error in your registration
Reason: The number parameter is required

We never get directed to Stripe where we can enter payment card information

Registration works fine for off line payment, but for now Stripe wont work ....

Can you tell me what we may have done wrong?

Look like there are some javascript conflict causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form

We will check to see what's causing the error and get it sorted (on tomorrow morning as it's night time here now)
