Ticket Types was created by Brian
I am trying to implement Ticket Types on my website. I updated Event Booking and created a test event with multiple ticket types and have registered but... the registrants do not get sent to my Registratnt Manager. Any ideas on what I can do?

Hello Brian
Maybe it's because you haven't made payment for the registration yet? Please note that Events Booking only count them as registrants after payment completed (in case you use this PayPal payment method)
In your case, you didn't make payment and I believe that's the reason causing the issue. If you want to see these kind of records, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show incomplete payment records config option to Yes. Then check it and you will see these records
Regards,
Tuan

I did this and it worked. But often we register people using a Coupon Code for 100% - does this mean that all 100% coupons will not register that person on the list? (I would have to go back and click on payed in the back end?)
Thank-you Tuan.

Hi Brian
If users 100% coupon code, the status of registration record is Paid, and they will be shown
Only for the registration require payment but users don't pay when being redirected to PayPal will be hidden (and not counted as registrants because they don't pay for it)
