Add More Events button was created by That Guy
After the user has clicked "Register" for an event and the cart pops up, when they click on "Add More Events", nothing happens. I think this may be a javascript issue.

Yes. Look like there is some javascript conflict showing the error. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which your events are being displayed so that we can check and correct it?

This issue appears similar to mine, however my "Add More Events" button doesn't work only on mobile.

Before I updated to 3.7.1 from 3.6.1, I asked a few friends to try to register with their mobiles. The behaviour was different across the devices (all using Chrome): on one when you clicked on checkout, you were just brought back to the list of events page, so it was actually impossible to register.

I'm hearing from a lot of customers that they fill in the complete registration form on their mobile device, and when they click on process on the checkout page, they're either brought back to the blank form, or returned to the home page. It's really frustrating for them and for me, but I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on the mobile devices that I have tested with. I don't know how anybody can fix this issue, in the absence of detailed logging??

Regards,
Donal

Hi Donal

The only reason I can think of (base on the description of the error) is session was lost when they checkout using their mobile device for some reasons

Without being able to re-procedure the issue yourself (or by ourself), honestly, I have no clue to check it

If I were to meet a customer who has this issue, what could I do with their device to try to find more information to give to you in order to get to the bottom of it?

Maybe the device type and the URL which he started to make the booking. The most important thing is that you will need to know exactly step by step what you did to see the issue (need a proper way to re-procedure the issue)

So Tuan, I finally got to the bottom of this mystery issue...

I had the module mod_eb_cart shown on the right of my site. This module is the first on the right column. On mobile, this module is first below the checkout form. People were filling in the form and then clicking on the Checkout button from mod_eb_cart, which reloaded the checkout form again!!!

I've now turned off the module on the EB categories pages, but ideally, I would just turn it off on the checkout page. Do you have any tips on how to do this, or is it a case of creating hidden menu items to each category that the checkout might appear on, so that I can control the module appearing, e.g. clubs/senior-clubs/checkout and clubs/junior-clubs/checkout?

Regards,
Donal

Creating menu items to each category as you said would be the right way to do. If you don't have too many categories, then do it
Otherwise, code modification will be needed. You can install this modified module, then check to see whether it works as you want

Tuan
