Hi Tuan,
I use Event Booking and Membership Pro combined.
On a website, people can buy tickets for an event organized in November.
They can buy them some weeks before the events, so that they can have the "member price" when they buy the ticket, but their subscription can/could be expired at the date of the event.
Would it be possible to check if their membership will be active at the date of the event when they buy a ticket, and if it will be expired, give them a message to renew it, unless they can't benefit of the member price ?

Hi Catherine
Unfortunately, this feature is not supported out of the box. So if you need it, you will have to find someone to customize code for you to have this feature
Not sure where this message should be displayed? At the top of registration form? And it will be displayed for every event or just some events?

thank you for quick reply.
I think it should be an option, althought it should be really useful for every website combining Membership Pro and Events Booking. As soon as there exist a special price for registered/member people (with Membership Pro, and why not with other extensions as CB), it could be useful.
I'm surprised that the question hasn't been asked before
.
The message should be really visible at the top of the page, and perhaps redirect on the membership renewal page.
The fact is that the person must be an active member at the date of the event, not only at the date she/he buys a ticket.

This would be nice to be able to integrate the [END_DATE] field from Membership Pro in the emails & messages of Events Booking, and to compare it to the date of the events

Honestly, so far, no other customers asked for it. So I won't work on this kind of integration very soon, and focus my time to work on other improvements instead

OK thank you for your answer. I found an intermediate solution by showing 2 modules with the advertisment, a link to the membership renewal, and the status of the member subscription and the expiration date on the top of the pages of Events Booking.
