Hello Luis

That looks strange to me. Maybe it's because the page is cached? Could you please login to administrator area of your site, then System -> Clear Cache, clear cache then check it again?

If the number still remain in the URL, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it

Regards,

Tuan

Hello Tuan,

I just tried cleaning the cache but te id it's still there. Since that option is set to "no" since the begining i also tried turn to "yes", load the page, and turn to "no" back again, but it didn't work neither.

Since the item id is still there iam gonna send you the access info in a support ticket.

Best regards
