Groups information in Import Template / Import Registrants was created by Jamie McGhee
Hi there,
I have created a new version of a site that had Events Booking on it and looking to make it live. I have exported the Events and Registrants from the old version of the site and looking to import them to the new version (which has a replica but slightly out of date version of the Events Booking and relevant data). But when I download the import template it is missing some columns that the exported version has, namely the Group column.
I can rearrange the latest version of the data to fit into the import template but does that mean I have to do without the Group data?
If anyone has any suggestions or fixes I would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Jamie

Hi Jamie
Instead of export into csv and import it back on new site, I would suggest you to export data from database and import it via database (phpmyadmin). It is much easier and you can migrate everything from old site to new site

Thank you for that. Great suggestion.
I suppose I just thought with the export and import it would be an easier and convenient way of processing.
Again thanks and kind regards
