I am totally new and unfortunately, I face a problem which is that I am unable to set the access level neither for categories nor for events!
The access is selected by itself and whatever I do it doesn't change.

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check to see why it could not be saved and get it sorted for you
