Hi Tuan,
I'm using the Stripe payment processor (3.5.0) with Events Booking 3.6.1
Even through every transaction is being successfully processed with Stripe, I receive an email to my admin account on every purchase:
Subject: Error during payment processing
Email: There was a problem with completing payment transaction. You should look the log files for more information.
Is there any way to stop this, or do you know which log files I need to look at to find out more information?

Hello Vince
I guess Stripe talk about their own log. So if you want to know more about it, please contact Stripe and ask them about the error
They will give you a clear answer

Hi Tuan,
I've checked with Stripe and the Stripe Logs there are no errors in any of their logs.
The email is generated from within Joomla so I'm curious whether Event Booking has a trigger to send this email, and what might be incorrectly triggering this email to be sent.

Hi Vince
Unless you have someone customize Events Booking to have this option, I can say that Events Booking doesn't have any code to send this kind of email
So if the email is sent from within your Joomla site, then :
1. It might cause by custom code someone wrote for you on your site
2. Or it is sent by different extension/plugin

Thanks Tuan for the help which assisted greatly in troubleshooting!
For some reason the add-on was triggering the Crowdfunding Stripe add on from ITPRISM. Disabling that add on fixed the issue.
