Custom field doesn't show was created by David Boggitt
Hi,
I might just be missing something here, but..
I have a new custom field, called medical.
It is a textarea. It is not required, but it is definitely published. I took a screenshot of the settings below.
Why isn't it showing on the form? The other six published fields are showing fine.
