Access denied message on confirmation email link

Hello again,

When I click on the confirmation link in the registration confirm email I get an Access denied message and a blank screen.
But it is a public event so how can this be?
Is it a wrong setting?

Go to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar, set Allow User Registration parameter to Yes and it should solve the issue
