Special event (class) setup was created by Hollie Taylor
Good evening!
We are scheduling a class for a specific group of people (not for the general public). Is there a way we can set up the event (class) so that it's not visible to the public on our website, but we can provide a link to this special group so they can register and pay through our website?

Hello Hollie
Unfortunately, it's not possible. However, there is a workaround which you can use to setup
Edit that event, there is a setting called Event Password. Enter a password there and send that password to the users you want to allow to register for the event
By doing that, events will be displayed but only users know that password can register for the event. I think it should work for your need
