we want to provide a dance workshop (event-level), which consists of several courses, which should be bookable separately. That is, one workshop event, giving the user the opportunity to choose from a predefined set of lectures, just like a conference for which a user can register and book separate session. In other words: an event with separately book- and billable subevents. Billing is supposed to be done in one invoice for the event and should include all selected subevents (summing up to the overall price), i.e. the overall price for the event booking is not the same for all booking, rather it depends on the selected subevents.
What is the recommended approach for this requirement? One event for all sessions within the workshop in combination with shopping cart feature? Is there a way to have book- and billable subevents per event as described above?
