Prevent registration if 'no' is selected in custom radio field

Hi Guys,

I have a pre-requisite for the events whereby the registrants have to be a member of a specific professional body prior to registering.

I have added a custom field using a radio button for yes/no (the no field contains a link to the professional body website). Is it possible that if the registrant does not click the 'Yes' radio button that they cannot complete registration?

Hi Donna

Try to edit the custom field, set Server Validation Rules to EqualValue:Yes , then check it again to see whether it works/

Also, you should set Validation error message to something like You need to select Yes for [FIELD_NAME] to process registration (it will be displayed to user if they don't select Yes for the option)
