uplaod error

I have a problem trying to update to Event Booking v 3.6.
I'm using Joomla 3.8.10, sever is using PHP 7.2
When I try to upload the EB 3.6 I get
Error

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).

Unable to find install package

I have changed the php.ini trying 4meg, 8meg, 16 meg, and 32 meg but keep getting the same error.

Any suggestions?

After making the change, you must restart the web server for the change to take effect

Could you please do that and then try again? If it still doesn't work, better submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site. We can help installing it via folder option
