Coupon not showing on registration list or export

I have enabled the setting "Show Coupon Code In Registrant List" in the configuration and the column exists in the registrants list but there is no content.

The Coupon used to pay for an event is not displayed on the registrants list in the back end and also not in the registrants export. It does display correctly in the registration email using [COUPONCODE]

Any ideas?

Could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Billing Records in Registrants Management config option to Yes, then check it again?

If coupon code is not displayed (For group registration, coupon code is associated to billing record, that's why we need to turn on the above config option), please submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site
