multiple emails for one invoice when marked as paid

HI

When we mark multiple events as paid for one user, who booked them all in one go (so they are all on one invoice), the user gets an email notification for every event to say it has been approved (Registration Approved Email)

Is there a setting so it just sends one email that marks the whole invoice as paid?

We just had one user who booked 60 events in one go (this is normal for this website) and has received 60 emails when we marked the events as paid (published).

Could you please explain more details about this? How did you approve these registration records, step by step, please

Also, guess you are using shopping cart?

Hi Tuan

Yes we are using shopping cart.
To approve the registrations we are ticking the check boxes next to the registrants bookings in the backend and then clicking publish (logged in as 'manager')

Thanks. I will have to think more about it to find a solution. I think it would be better if we have a way to identify the main record of the cart, and then you only have to approve that main record instead of approve every records in the cart

Will see how to handle it but It will take time to implement (could not be available immediately)
