Change "Created By" info on event posting

When a user posts a new event, on the event post, the "Created By" section lists the user's name that they signed up with (such as Karen, or Tim). I have a profile field named "Organization" and I synced it with EB's "Organization" custom field.

I need the "Created By" field on a posted event to show the Organization custom field (which hold's the organization's name who posted the event), not the Name field which seems to be the default.
