Hi
Please read documentation at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...-cancel-registration to understand how to setup the extension to allow registrants to cancel registration
About moving waiting list users into registrants manually, if you want , you can publish and use this plugin eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/miscell...e-registrants-plugin
However, please note that if it's paid events, you will have to collect money for registration from waiting list users manually
Regards,
Tuan
