I have an issue with the [EVENT_TITLE] tag in
- Registration cancel confirmation Email
- User Registration Cancelled Email
Problem:
The [EVENT_TITLE] tag renders every event booked by the registrant. Instead of showing only the event (e.g. event1) which was cancelled the email text reads: "We want to inform you want your registration for event1, event2, event3 was cancelled"
It results in administration irregularities followed by registrants who are concerned about their registration all being cancelled.
Is this a known issue?
