Manually entering registrants in backend not working...

Registrants group show up in database; however, doesn't show in Joomla to edit and add group member info. Even if I add individuals in database and link them to the group - no results. They show in the event total count though.

Any assistance or suggestions appreciated.

Sorry Jason. I missed this question. I think it happens because you configured the system to not show group billing records

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Billing Records in registrants management config option to Yes, then check it again. The record should be shown
