Getting CMSObject::toArray() error when usder logged in

hi guys
when our users are logged in, they get an error when clicking from the upcoming events tab.

Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Object\CMSObject::toArray()

this is only when logged in to the site. when not logged, this is not an issue.

I guess there is something on your site causing this issue (could be a system plugin)

Honestly, I don't think it's related to our extension. However, if it's needed, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin and might be FTP account of your site so that we can check it
