Members that create an event on front end - payment

Is it possible to set up so that members that want to create events from the front end have to pay to create an event?

Unfortunately, we don't support this feature. You can configure the system to allow users from certain user groups on your site to submit event

However, no payment is processed for submitting events at the moment
