Registration Access in old Joomla group style

Registration Access in old Joomla group style was created by Jibon
Hello,
Registration Access is still as old Joomla group style. No way to get list of all groups. I have added some custom group under Joomla user's group. I want only specific group of users will be able to book few events but I can't see any of my custom created group in the Registration Access list. Please give suggestion. Same in the category too
