If you want, you can remove it. Just go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the language item EB_AGREE_PRIVACY_POLICY_MESSAGE and empty the value of that language item and it will be removed

I don't actually want to remove it .

I'm trying to figure out why the line is below instead of beside checkmark (see previous image). I also want to remove the blue box styling so it matches up better with the other field items. If it could look like the "Terms and Conditions" checkbox that would keep things looking consistent.

If you want to change the styling like that, better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to that page so that our developer can implement the change for you
