1054 Unknown column 'fieldtype' in 'where clause' on create new custom fields

Hello,

I installed EventBooking 3.5.2 on Joomla 3.8.8 in localhost. Installation seems runs through and start page shows up fine. If I click on Setup -> Custum Fields -> New, I get this error " 1054 Unknown column 'fieldtype' in 'where clause' ". I also tried to fix the database schema going to Tools -> Fix Database Schema, the process return with this message "The extension was successfully updated" but nothing has changed. Also there aren't any custom fileds pre-defined.

Could you please advise?

I guess there was something wrong with your Events Booking installation and it causes the error

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and install it for you to make sure it is working as expected

Hello, i tried to install EventBooking on a different place (not in localhost) with joomla 3.5.1 and all works fine, so probably something has gone wrong on the installation with joomla 3.8.1 in localhost.

OK Walter. On localhost, maybe try to uninsall the installed version, then re-installed it again to see whether it works?

As I said, if it's needed, you can setup your site to a public accessible server and we will be happy to assist
