Dear,

Do reminder messages get sent out to registrants even if their status is 'waiting' or is it only on clients who have been marked as paid?

and do you have to turn on reminders somewhere? Seems like emails aren't sent out to the registrants.

Hi Antonio

1. Please see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-setup/auto-reminder for instructions to setup reminder

2. The system will only send reminder email to Paid registrants and pending registrants who use offline payment method. Waiting List users won't received reminder

3. You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Mail Settings section, choose to log reminder emails. Then when the system send reminder emails, you can access to Tools -> Emails Logs to see these emails sent from the system
