Frontend Registrant Management Different on Different Systems was created by temills
Hi Tuan,
We have Events Booking on two systems, a development system (private) and a production system (public). They are essentially the same except that any changes are first applied and tested on the development system. If approved, the changes are then loaded on the production system (relatively standard procedure). Both systems are using EB 3.5.1 and Joomla 3.8.8. EB configuration for both installations is the same.
One of the features that we have been patiently waiting for is the ability to change registration status and payment information from the front-end registrants management application. I have attached screenshots of the lower 'Edit Registrants' page from each system. What is perplexing is that that capability has been available on the development system for some time ( ), but has never been available on the production environment ( ). As you can see the ability to change registration status, payment status, and recalculate payment are available on the development system, but not the production system.
We really want this feature on the production system as well as the development system. How can we accomplish this?
Thanks,
Tem

Hi Tem
I think it might happen because you are logged in using an account which was not used to create that event
Try to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Only show registrants of events owner config option to No, then check it again, it should work
Otherwise, you will need to login using the account which created that event and you will see it works, too
Regards,
Tuan
