[SOLVED] Ticket PDF Option Where? was created by David Long
Hello Tuan,

I am wondering where the option for PDF tickets is located in the system. My initial tests with EB result in text-only confirmation emails being sent out, but I would like to leverage the QRCODE feature, and our organization's logo.

Update: Found the option in the Configuration / Ticket Options.
