Can't update to 3.5.1

receive this error message while trying to update to 3.5.1_:

Error

The download link delivers this error:

403 - Invalid Domain
You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite

a mistyped address

An error has occurred while processing your request.

I guess it's because the Download ID you are using was used for different site before (can be a dev site)

Access to Downloads ID menu item on our website, geneerate new Download ID, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, enter that new Download ID into Download ID config option, save it, then check it again

The error should be gone
